If you are upgrading to Win 8 or 10, you should check with us first as some of our legacy equipment is not supported by newer operating systems.

As of May 2012, software updates are free for one year from the purchase and registration of the respective product, and are being distributed from here: Software Downloads

You can also upgrade from previous versions or renew your update licence there.

Ebay and second-hand sales

We have been contacted recently by two companies who bought systems on the second hand market only to find they would not work with the host computer. Older systems built before 2013 have a communication chip that is not compatible with the latest operating systems. Furthermore designs have been updated and functionality increased particularly in regards the ease of white background creation.
